Loosely Assembled

A contemporary Red Balloon framed by It’s Only a Paper Moon, this dystopia is literally built from the remnants of communication’s failed attempts to unite humanity. A little too mimey, but the visual texture is enough to distract me (Roger should start an interior design service based on this film).
